Abstract

UAV-assisted next-generation communication networks have garnered significant attention due to the high mobility and wide coverage capabilities of UAVs.Researchers have shown increasing interest in applying integrated sensing and communication(ISAC)techniques to UAV systems.However,most existing studies on UAV trajectory optimization within ISAC systems are based on cellular network architectures,where UAVs inevitably encounter challenges such as cell boundaries and handovers.Furthermore,many researchers simplify the communication models,often overlooking the interference caused by sensing signals on communication signals.In this study,we propose a cellular-free network architecture for UAV-assisted ISAC systems and employ a deep deterministic algorithm to optimize the UAV trajectory.The objective is to minimize the Cramér-Rao lower bound of the sensing target's position,while ensuring the uplink communication rate is maintained despite interference from sensing signals.The proposed communication and sensing models are validated through simulations,and the convergence performance of the deep deterministic algorithm is demonstrated.The results present the optimized UAV trajectory and analyze the corresponding variations in sensing and communication performance.
