Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with drug therapy on autonomic nervous function,cognitive function and sleep quality in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods 96 PD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 were randomly divided into study group(n=48)and reference group(n=48).The reference group was treated with conventional drugs,and the study group was treated with high-frequency rTMS on the basis of the reference group.The autonomic nervous function,cognitive function and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the SCOPA-AUT scores and PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the MMSE scores were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05);The SCOPA-AUT score and PSQI score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the MMSE score was higher than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions High-frequency rTMS combined with drug therapy can significantly improve the autonomic nervous function and cognitive function of PD patients,and enhance the sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
