Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined with task-oriented training on limb function and daily living activities in patients after craniocerebral injury surgery.Methods 84 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(44 cases)received routine rehabilitation training combined with task-oriented training,and the observation group(40 cases)received transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on the basis of the control group.The limb function[limb motor function rating scale(FMA)]and activities of daily living[activities of daily living scale(ADL)]were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 weeks of intervention,the FMA and ADL scores of the two groups increased,and the FMA and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined with task-oriented training can significantly improve the limb motor function of patients after craniocerebral injury surgery,and improve the ability of daily living activities.关键词
