二陈汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗痰浊壅肺型慢性阻塞肺疾病急性加重期患者的效果研究
Study on the Effect of Modified Erchen Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of Phlegm Obstructing Lung Type

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of modified Erchen Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)of phlegm obstructing lung type.Methods 60 AECOPD patients were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was given routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Erchen Decoction combined with acupoint application.Both groups were treated for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,blood gas indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusions Modified Erchen Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of AECOPD patients with phlegm obstructing lung type has good safety and efficacy,and can improve patients'ventilation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
