Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of vitamin A combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma and the impact on airway remodeling and cellular immunity.Methods 92 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the combined group was treated with vitamin A on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The symptom and sign relief time,airway remodeling level and cellular immunity level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the relief time of lung rales,cough and wheezing in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the percentage of airway wall thickness to bronchial wall outer diameter,and the proportion of airway wall area to total airway cross-sectional area,and the whole blood CD8+in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the whole blood CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Vitamin A combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can promote the disappearance of symptoms and signs,improve the airway remodeling,and enhance the cellular immunity.关键词
