Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaojianzhong decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into reference group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.In addition to conventional western medicine treatment,the reference group was treated with acupuncture,and the study group was treated with modified Xiaojianzhong Decoction combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,and number of intestinal flora and serum gastrin(GAS)level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50％,higher than 82.50％in the reference group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and serum GAS in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the levels of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Modified Xiaojianzhong Decoction combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the intestinal flora and serum gastrin level in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction,with exact efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
