Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of stored autologous component transfusion on immune function and hemorheology in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods 95 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment order.The control group used allogeneic blood transfusion,and the observation group used stored autogenous component transfusion.The indicators of immune function,blood routine and hemorheology were compared between the two groups.Results 1 day,3 days and 7 days after surgery,the CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).7 days after surgery,the RBC,Hb and HCT of the two groups were lower than those before blood transfusion(P＜0.05);no statistical difference was found in the RBC,Hb and HCT between the two groups(P＞0.05).7 days after surgery,the ESR of the two groups increased,but the ESR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Stored autologous component transfusion has a weak inhibitory effect on postoperative immune function and a relatively mild impact on the body hemodynamics in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.关键词
