前瞻性护理模式在重症胰腺炎患者中的应用价值
Application Value of Prospective Nursing Model in Patients with Severe Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of prospective nursing model in patients with severe pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 90 SAP patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received prospective nursing model on the basis of the control group.The adverse outcomes,inflammatory factors and organ function were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the IL-6,CRP and endotoxin levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of MODS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Prospective nursing model can inhibit the inflammatory response,improve organ function,and reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes in SAP patients.关键词
