患者需求导向的健康教育在脊柱骨折患者术后的应用
Application of Patient Demand-Oriented Health Education in Postoperative Spinal Fracture Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of patient demand-oriented health education in postoperative spinal fracture patients.Methods 200 patients with spinal fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received demand-oriented health education on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability,health behavior and physical function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of active behavior and rehabilitation nursing cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of abandonment behavior was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the straight leg elevation angle and waist-back extension height of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Demand-oriented health education can improve the self-care ability and health behavior of postoperative spinal fracture patients,and promote the recovery of physical function.关键词
