Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Internet+continuous nursing in maternal and infant care in department of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 90 primiparas were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with Internet+continuous nursing after delivery.The self-efficacy scores,incidence of maternal complications,and incidence of neonatal complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was 6.67％,lower than 22.22％in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was 4.44％,lower than 17.78％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Internet+continuous nursing in maternal and infant care in department of gynecology and obstetrics has better application effect,which can improve the self-efficacy of primiparas,reduce the risk of maternal and infant complications.关键词
