Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing mode guided by objective management theory in children with pneumonia.Methods 80 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing mode guided by objective management theory.The symptom improvement,lung function and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the FVC,VC and PEF levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of compliance behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Nursing mode guided by objective management theory can shorten the symptom disappearance time,improve the lung function and compliance behavior of children.关键词
