Research and Application of"2+1"Tube Reaction Process in Ammonium Phosphate Drum Granulation
三环中化磷铵Ⅱ期60万t/a装置,造粒工艺采用双管反PR工艺.在原来的双管工艺上,新增一套PR管反工艺的控制流程和管件,引入FCS操作;按照原管反操作方式进行投料;管反喷口采用螺旋式喷头,喷洒扇叶角度为≤60°;喷浆造粒;生产高含固产品(如64%DAP+60%DAP、64%DAP+57%DAP、64%DAP+53%DAP).新工艺将渣酸绕开洗涤系统,直接进入新增管式反应器;造粒机内混合涂布造粒,以填充物的方式替代硫酸,调节产品中的氮含量及富余养分.一方面,缓解了渣酸库存的压力;另一方面,可适当降低64%DAP的生产成本.另外,还可提高造粒工况的效率.
The 600000 t/a plant of Phase Ⅱ of Sanhuan Zhonghua ammonium phosphate adopts a dual tube reverse PR process for granulation,adding a set of PR tube reverse process control flow and pipe fittings on the original dual tube process,and introducing FCS operation for feeding operation according to the original tube reverse operation mode;The pipe counter nozzle adopts a spiral nozzle,with a spray fan angle of ≤ 60°,to produce high solid content products(such as 64%DAP+60%DAP,64%DAP+57%DAP,64%DAP+53%DAP)through spray gran-ulation.The slag acid bypasses the washing system and directly enters the newly added tubular reactor;mixing and coating granulation inside the granulator,using fillers instead of sulfuric acid to adjust the nitrogen content and excess nutrients in the product.Through research and ap-plication,on the one hand,the pressure of slag acid inventory can be alleviated,on the other hand,the production cost of 64%DAP can be appropriately reduced,and on the other hand,the granulation conditions can be improved.
