手部外骨骼机器人联合Bobath训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者手功能康复治疗中的应用效果观察OACSTPCD
Application of hand exoskeleton robot combined with Bobath training in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke hemiple-gic patients
目的:观察手部外骨骼机器人联合Bobath训练在脑卒中偏瘫(HAS)患者手功能康复治疗中的应用效果.方法:选取有手功能障碍的HAS患者120例,随机分为Bobath组、机器人组、联合组3组,每组40例.3组患者均实施常规康复治疗,在此基础上,Bobath组增加Bobath训练,机器人组增加手部外骨骼机器人训练,联合组增加Bobath训练联合手部外骨骼机器人训练,均干预4周.比较3组手功能、上肢运动功能、日常生活能力及相应脑皮质区的激活情况.结果:…查看全部>>
