Research Advancements in the Impact of Gut Microbiota and Its Metabolites on Ventricular Remodeling Following Acute Myocardial Infarction
心室重构是导致急性心肌梗死(AMI)后心力衰竭的主要原因,严重影响患者的生存质量和生存时间.肠道菌群及其代谢物能够进入全身循环,通过一系列激素信号影响宿主远端靶器官.本文通过对肠道菌群及其主要代谢产物对AMI后心室重构的影响及其在防治AMI后心室重构的潜在价值进行综述,以期为心肌梗死(AMI)后心室重构的临床诊治及进一步研究提供参考.
Ventricular remodeling post-acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a significant contributor to heart failure,adversely affecting patient out-comes.The gut microbiota and its metabolites have the potential to modulate distal target organs through hormonal signaling pathways upon entering the systemic circulation.This article examines the impact of gut microbiota and its metabolites on post-AMI ventricular remodeling,along with their potential efficacy in the prevention and treatment,aiming at furnishing pertinent references for clinical diagnosis,treatment,and future investigations.
