摘要
Abstract
Sepsis is a life-threatening disease,which is often accompanied by severe coagulation disorders,known as sepsis-induced coagulopathy(SIC).This condition results from complex dysregulation of the inflammatory and coagulation systems,involving the release of inflammatory mediators,activation of the coagulation system,inhibition of the fibrinolytic system,impairment of anticoagulant mechanisms,endothelial dysfunction,and platelet abnormalities.SIC in children is characterized by high incidence and mortality rates.Timely and effective intervention is crucial for improving outcomes.关键词
