胃袖状切除联合双通路术对预防胃袖状切除术后胃食管反流病的价值
The value of sleeve gastrectomy with transit bipartition in preventing gastroesophageal reflux disease after sleeve gastrectomy
摘要
Abstract
Sleeve gastrectomy(SG),as the most widely performed metabolic and bariatric surgery,has significant effects,but SG is associated with a high incidence of postoperative gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).The sleeve gastrectomy combined with the transit bipartition(SG-TB)procedure,as an SG Plus surgery,reduces the gastric pressure and the retention time of food in the stomach by adding a channel based on SG,effectively reducing the risk of GERD and maintaining a good weight loss metabolic effect.However,the mechanism by which SG-TB prevents GERD after SG has not been fully clarified,and more basic and clinical studies are still needed to illustrate it.关键词
