Value of fundoplication in the prevention of gastroesophageal reflux disease after sleeve gastrectomy
摘要
Abstract
With the increase of bariatric and metabolic surgery,bariatric and metabolic surgeons began to pay attention to the influence of sleeve gastrectomy(SG)on gastroesophageal reflux disease,and then proposed SG combined with fundoplication,aiming to combine the weight loss effect of SG and the anti-reflux effect of fundoplication.Klimu Abdureimu proposed Klimu's anti-reflux sleeve gastrectomy to treat preoperative gastroesophageal reflux disease in obese patients and to prevent the progression of postoperative gastroesophageal reflux disease,which has been highly recognized in clinical practice.The evidence-based medical evidence of SG combined with fundoplication still needs to be accumulated to further standardize the indications,conditions of surgical choice,and surgical procedures of this procedure.关键词
