奶牛养殖业发展是我国畜牧业规模化进程的重要部分,近年来,我国奶牛养殖业设施规模持续扩大,产奶量逐年升高,但繁殖效率低导致的奶牛总体产量不足等问题仍限制产业发展.随着繁殖技术的进步,通过合理的妊娠诊断方法对奶牛妊娠状态进行检测并结合再次人工授精方案,可以有效降低奶牛的胚胎损失率,提高奶牛的妊娠率,进而有效提高奶牛繁殖效率,创造更多经济效益.本文总结了奶牛常用的妊娠诊断方法及再次人工授精方案对奶牛后续繁殖效率的影响,以期为奶牛繁殖技术的应用和繁殖效率的提高提供理论参考.
