摘要
Abstract
Coffee pomace is a by-product produced in the process of coffee production,riching in caffeine,chlorogenic acid,polyphenols and other nutrient active substances.As antioxidant,it can improve the intestinal environment,improve animal performance and other biological functions.Using coffee grounds as functional feed additives or feed raw materials is an important way for the aquaculture industry to save costs and increase efficiency,and achieve green and sustainable development.This paper mainly reviews the biological function of coffee grounds and its application in ruminant production,in order to provide a reference for the resource utilization and high-value utilization of coffee grounds in animal husbandry production.关键词
