动物消化道黏液屏障与肠道微生物的关系研究进展
Research Progress on the Relationship between Mucous Barrier and Intestinal Microbiota in Animal Digestive Tract

Abstract
The mucus barrier is a layer of mucus that covers organs such as the gastrointestinal tract.Such barrier is composed of water,mucins,lipids,salts,antimicrobial peptides,the cell debris and some other proteins which are secreted by intestinal epithelial cells.The structure of mucus varies in different intestinal segments.In the stomach and large intestine,the mucus is divided into two layers,however in the small intestine,there is only a single layer of mucus.The mucus barrier plays an important role in the immune regulation and intestinal homeostasis.In addition,there are a large number of microorganism in intestine that interact with the mucus barrier,which is crucial for health.This review article mainly focuses on the relationship between the mucus barrier and microorganism,and their effects on health were discussed,which provided new ideas for further exploring the complex changes of animal digestive tract and the prevention and treatment of digestive tract diseases.关键词
