摘要

Abstract

Lithium iron phosphate has the advantages of low cost,environmental friendliness,and high thermal stability,and is currently a highly promising positive electrode material.As a key influencing factor in the synthesis of lithium iron phosphate,the preparation process of iron phosphate precursor often uses purified iron salts to avoid the influence of impurities in iron ore.In order to optimize the preparation process of iron phosphate precursor and reduce costs,the one-step hydrothermal method from iron ore is used to prepare iron phosphate precursor,and the effects of different preparation processes on the conversion rate of iron and phosphorus,the structure of iron phosphate precursor,and the electrochemical performance of lithium iron phosphate batteries are analyzed in this paper.At higher concentrations of nitric acid and hydrothermal temperatures,precursor materials with high iron and phosphorus conversion rates are easier to synthesize,and further prepared lithium iron phosphate cathode materials have better electrochemical performance.
