Abstract
Wet anaerobic fermentation harmless treatment is an important technical means for treating kitchen waste,but the current level of technology is relatively low and the treatment effect is poor.Therefore,research on wet anaerobic fermentation harmless treatment technology for kitchen waste is proposed.Using a sorting and pulping device for material transportation,pulping screening,sand and impurity removal,and oil-water separation pretreatment of kitchen waste,feces and sewage are used as fermentation materials for kitchen waste slurry.Through material blending in anaerobic fermentation tanks,wet anaerobic fermentation is carried out to separate kitchen waste into biogas and biogas residue for recycling,achieving harmless treatment of kitchen waste through wet anaerobic fermentation.The experimental results show that the proposed technology has a maximum solid content of only 14%for kitchen waste,and an organic matter removal rate of over 96%,which can achieve high-quality treatment of kitchen waste.关键词
