Construction and Application Effect Analysis of Natural Resource Data Governance System
摘要
Abstract
As one of the five basic databases of digital government,natural resources and geospatial database has been integrated into the unified management of big data hub of Hunan Province.Aiming at the construction of natural resources and geospatial database in Hunan Province,in order to cope with the data management and application requirements at different stages,this paper builds three major database framework systems of original library,centralized library and basic library,and proposes a detailed data governance technical route of seven steps,such as remittance,combing,fixing,governing,management,use and new,which can provide replicable reference ideas for other natural resources data governance.关键词
