Abstract
Farmland is the most precious agricultural resource and the fundamental guarantee of national food security.Taking Jinan city as an example,this paper explores the matching and optimization of water and soil resources from the perspective of cultivated land protection,and analyzes the matching status and problems of water and soil resources in various districts and counties.The results indicate that the matching degree of water and soil resources in Jinan city is relatively high at the city level,but there are significant differences in the matching degree of water and soil resources among different districts and counties,with the northern districts and counties having a better matching degree of water and soil resources.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of water and soil resources,optimization strategies for water and soil resources are proposed from aspects such as external water allocation and tapping into the potential for water resource development and utilization,providing a basis for improving the quality of arable land and sustainably utilizing water and soil resources.关键词
