Abstract
The water city relationship is an important factor affecting the rise and fall of cities.In recent years,with the acceleration of global urbanization and climate change,extreme weather events have led to increasingly frequent rain and flood disasters.Building a harmonious water city relationship has become the key to ensuring urban safety,health,and sustainable development.Mainly sorting out the prominent problems faced by Henan province in building a harmonious water city relationship,and proposing relevant countermeasures for building a harmonious water city relationship from the aspects of water safety,water protection,water governance,water resource utilization,and water culture inheritance.关键词
