Abstract
Ecological environment zoning control and planning environmental impact assessment both play a preventive role at the source in the ecological environment management system.The effective connection between the two is of great significance for improving the efficiency and quality of environmental management.Taking the practice of planning and environmental impact assessment in a fine chemical industrial park in Guangdong province as an example,this paper analyzes the connection between planning and environmental impact assessment and"three lines and one order",and puts forward suggestions to promote the effective connection between the two,providing reference for further improving the source prevention and control system.关键词
