Abstract
Eutrophication of watershed water bodies has become an important issue in the water environment.A horizontal subsurface flow artificial wetland is constructed based on a combination of multiple types of substrates and floating bed plants,its ecological restoration performance is investigated for eutrophic water bodies in small watersheds,and the characteristics of microbial community changes are analyzed in the wetland system through high-throughput sequencing and other methods.The research results indicate that a composite ecosystem composed of substrate and floating bed plants can start up in a shorter time and exhibit strong removal effects on Total Nitrogen(TN),Total Phosphorus(TP),and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)in eutrophic water bodies in small watersheds;multiple combinations of substrates are added to the bottom of the water and come into contact with the sediment,with their adsorption and retention effects,they can effectively purify nitrogen and phosphorus in water in a short period of time;in horizontal subsurface flow constructed wetlands,the rhizosphere of Sesuvium portulacastrum floating beds provides a good place for the fixation of water microorganisms,increasing microbial diversity,accelerating the degradation of organic pollutants,and improving water quality.关键词
