树状小通道内汽液两相流换热特性研究
Heat Transfer Characteristics Study of Vapor Liquid Two Phase Flow in a Small Tree shaped Channel
摘要
Abstract
With the development of microelectronic circuit integration technology,microscale heat transfer has been paid more attention.Experimental methods is used to study and analyze the boiling heat transfer characteristics of the internal flow field in three tree-shaped small channels(30°,45°,and 90°).Pure water is used as the experimental working fluid.The results indicate that at the same Reynolds number,the outlet temperature of the working fluid in the channel,as well as the resistance coefficient and heat transfer coefficient of the channel,increase with the expansion of the fractal angle.关键词
