摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the capacity of air source heat pump heat exchanger,the factors affecting the capacity of heat pump heat exchanger are discussed and studied.Under certain design conditions,the structure,materials,heat transfer characteristics and the flow mode of hot and cold fluid of the two units of the contemporary heat pump system are analyzed and studied to ensure the optimization of the capacity of the two units.Secondly,the shape of the micro-channel,the placement Angle of the micro-channel and different kinds of refrigerants are studied in detail,and the latest heat pump system is given.Under the condition of ensuring the stability of the system working condition,the author finally debugged the heat pump system comprehensively through orthogonal test,and gave the optimal system.
