岐黄针联合朱氏正骨手法对腰椎间盘突出症患者急性疼痛和腰椎功能的影响
Effects of Qihuang Needling Combined with ZHU's Bone-Setting Technique on Acute Pain and Lumbar Function in Patients with LDH

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Qihuang needling combined with ZHU's bone-setting technique on acute pain and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:100 patients with LDH were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ZHU's bone-setting technique;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Qihuang needling.Therapeutic effects,pain degree,lumbar function,quality of life,serum pain substances and inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of VAS and ODI,and the serum levels of SP,NPY,NGF,IL-1 β,IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05).The scores of SF-36 and JOA,as well as the motility of flexion,extension and lateral flexion were increased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05).The scores of VAS and ODI,and the serum levels of SP,NPY,NGF,IL-1 β,IL-6 and TNF-α were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05);whereas the scores of SF-36 and JOA,as well as the motility of flexion,extension and lateral flexion were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qihuang needling combined with ZHU's bone-setting technique can significantly improve pain symptoms,lumbar function and quality of life,and improve clinical efficacy.关键词
