Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of fast-track surgery concept combined with targeted nursing on the rehabilitation process of patients with gastric cancer.Methods Ninety-two gastric cancer patients were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University between March 2021 and March 2023.They were divided into two groups by the use of a random number table,each with 46 patients.The control group received routine perioperative intervention,while the observation group received fast-track surgery nursing combined with targeted nursing.The rehabilitation process,quality of life,incidence of complications,and levels of inflammatory factors of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the rehabilitation process of the observation group(such as the first anal exhaust time and wound healing time)was faster(all P＜0.05).On the 1st and 3rd days postoperatively,the levels of inflammatory factors(such as C-reactive protein and interleukin-6)in the two groups were higher than those before surgery(all P＜0.05),and the observation group had lower levels than the control group on the corresponding period(all P＜0.05).The observation group had higher scores in all dimensions of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 than the control group after 6 days of intervention,and the observation group had a lower overall incidence of postoperative complications than the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Fast-track surgery concept combined with targeted nursing can accelerate the rehabilitation process of gastric cancer patients,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the risk of complications,and improve the quality of life.关键词
