Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with doctor-nurse cooperative health education on the cancer-related fatigue in lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods Eighty-six lung cancer patients admitted to Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to December 2022 were included in the study.They were assigned into an observation group(43 cases)and a control group(43 cases)using the simple randomization method.Both groups of patients received radiotherapy.The control group received routine nursing and doctor-nurse cooperative health education during treatment,while the observation group additionally received cognitive behavioral intervention.The changes in cancer-related fatigue,psychological state,and self-care ability of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of the Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS),the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in both groups decreased compared with those before intervention,and the scores of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)increased compared with those before intervention(all P＜0.05).The PFS,SAS,and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ESCA scores were higher than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention combined with doctor-nurse cooperative health education has positive significance in reducing the cancer-related fatigue,improving the psychological state,and enhancing the self-care ability of lung cancer patients during radiotherapy.关键词
