Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of personalized health education on the electrolyte levels of renal transplantation patients.Methods A total of 134 renal transplantation patients admitted to Zhongshan City People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled and divided into a control group and an observation group using a simple random number table,with 67 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received personalized health education.The electrolyte levels,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and heart rate of two groups were compared before and after 7 days of nursing,and the health behaviors of the two groups were evaluated before nursing and at 3 months after discharge.Results After 7 days of nursing,the electrolyte levels,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and heart rate of both groups were better than those before nursing,and the observation group performed better than the control group,with statistical differences(all P＜0.05).At 3 months after discharge,the scores of various dimensions of health behaviors in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group,with statistical differences(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Personalized health education can improve renal transplantation patients'electrolyte levels,stabilize their vital signs,and enhance their health behaviors.关键词
