摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of health education combined with cognitive intervention in outpatient treatment room of oncology department.Methods A total of 116 patients diagnosed and treated in the outpatient treatment room of the Oncology Department at Ion Medical Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control and observation groups by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing method,and the observation group was given health education combined with cognitive intervention.The psychological state and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 and 2 months of intervention,the scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,and the Visual Analogue Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency and the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The above scores after 1 month of intervention were better than those before intervention,and the above scores after 2 months of intervention were better than those before intervention and after 1 month of intervention(all P<0.05).The compliance rates of reasonable diet,standardized medication,smoking cessation and alcohol withdrawal,regular routines,appropriate exercises,and regular reexamination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with cognitive intervention can improve the psychological state,compliance behaviors and sleep quality of patients in the outpatient treatment room of oncology department,increase their self-care ability and quality of life,and effectively relieve their pain.
