Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of detail nursing during the treatment of pelvic floor muscle therapeutic apparatus for patients with postpartum urinary retention,and to evaluate its effect on urodynamic parameters and urination of patients.Methods The baseline data of 97 patients with postpartum urinary retention admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Both groups of patients used pelvic floor muscle therapeutic apparatus,and they were assigned into a control group(49 cases)and an observation group(48 cases)according to different nursing measures.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received detail nursing.The urodynamic parameters,urination status,and bladder function were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of nursing,the residual urine volume in both groups decreased compared with that before nursing,and the average urine flow rate increased compared with that before nursing(all P＜0.05).The residual urine volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the average urine flow rate was higher than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of nursing,all parameters of bladder function(maximum bladder capacity,maximum urine flow rate,and initial bladder volume)in both groups improved(all P＜0.05),and the recovery effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).The first urination time and recovery time of spontaneous urination in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group.The first urinary volume was greater than that in the control group.The residual urine volume on the 3rd day of intervention was less than that in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of detail nursing plays a key role in relieving urinary retention,promoting urination,and improving bladder function and urodynamic parameters during the treatment of pelvic floor muscle therapeutic apparatus for postpartum urinary retention patients.关键词
