胶囊型微生物自修复剂制备及其在水泥基材料后期裂缝修复中的应用
Preparation of Capsule Microbial Self-healing Agent and Its Application in the Later Age Crack Repair of Cement-based Materials

Abstract
Microcapsule was synthesized by the principle of the sharp hole method to load microbial spores and calcium formate.The capsule microbial self-healing agent with uniform particle size could be obtained,and the protective effect of hydrogel on spores was studied.The microbial self-healing mortar was prepared by adding the capsule microbial self-healing agent to the mortar specimen,and the self-healing effect of microbial self-healing mortar cracks was studied when the cracking age was 28 d.The self-healing mechanism of cement-based material cracks was discussed in detail.The experimental results showed that the capsule microbial self-healing agent could slightly reduce the early mechanical properties of mortar specimens,but could not affect the later age compressive strength and flexural strength.For the crack with a width of 0.35-0.45 mm,after 28 d,the area repair rate of mortar specimen adding capsule microbial self-healing agent was 98%,the water permeability coefficient was decreased by two orders of magnitude,and the healing products at the mortar crack mouth was mainly calcite CaCO3.Microcapsule carrier can protect microbial spores well and improve the self-healing effect of cement-based material later age cracks,which provides a new idea for cement-based material cracks in the later age.关键词
