摘要
Abstract
Total mesorectal excision(TME)is the"gold standard"for rectal cancer surgery.Multiple clinical studies in domestic and international have confirmed that laparoscopic TME performed by experienced surgeons has similar short-and long-term outcomes as open surgery.Achieving high-quality laparoscopic TME relies heavily on the exposure and identification of the fascial surrounding the rectum,during which the team cooperation among the surgeon,assistants,and the camera-holding assistant is crucial.Based on our team's surgical experience and procedures,this article elabo-rates on the layer exposure and team cooperation during laparoscopic TME for rectal cancer through scenario-based de-scriptions.关键词
