An Exploration of the New Type of Labor Contests Led by the CPC
摘要
Abstract
After the victory in the War of Resistance against Japan,the Northeast Liberated Area(NLA)became a strategic location for the Communist Party of China(CPC)to achieve national liberation and develop industrialization.However,the NLA was also faced with multiple challenges.To quickly restore its industry,the Party strengthened the organization and leadership of workers,fully mobilizing them to engage in production labor contests through a"power-technology"approach.By establishing movement procedures and standards,enhancing technological innovation,and initiating challenge bids,a mass workers'merit movement was launched,marking a new chapter in labor contests within the industrial field of the NLA.This new type of labor contests not only expedited the rapid recovery of industrial production,providing strong support for the Northeast and the entire nation's liberation but also laid a foundation for the industrial development of the new China and elevated workers'class consciousness,solidifying the Party's governing foundation and possessing significant historical importance.关键词
