科教融合理念下地方高校管理科学与工程专业人才培养模式探究

Abstract
Under the strategy of science and education integration,the construction of talent training system of management science and engineering has become an important role for local colleges and universities to improve the competitiveness of disciplines and talents.This paper first summarizes the background of implementing the science and education integration and the current situation of exploring the talent cultivation model for management science and engineering discipline.Furthermore,this paper considers graduate students major in the management science and engineering,and analyzes the main problems existed in talent training system of local universities.Finally,this paper gives some suggestions to provide certain references,under which help local universities to explore the talent cultivation model of management science and engineering in line with their own characteristics.关键词
