不同中成药联合奥司他韦治疗流行性感冒的网状Meta分析
Network meta-analysis of different Chinese patent medicines combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of different Chinese patent medicines combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza by network meta-analysis,and to provide evidence for clinical drug selection.Methods:The databases of PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were searched,and the randomized controlled trials of different Chinese patent medicines in treating influenza were obtained.The retrieval time was as of November 1,2023,and statistical analysis was made by using Revman5.3 software and Stata17 software.Results:Finally,40 articles including 4 738 patients were selected,involving 8 kinds of treatment measures.The results show that different Chinese patent medicines com-bined with oseltamivir have better effects than oseltamivir alone.Shufeng Jiedu Capsule has the best overall effect and cough im-provement.Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granule has obvious effect on fever and sore throat.Xiaoer Chaigui antipyretic granule has great advantages in relieving nasal congestion and runny nose;In terms of safety,Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granule has the lowest adverse reaction rate.Conclusions:Combination of different Chinese patent medicines can improve the curative effect of oseltamivir on in-fluenza.For children with influenza,Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules can be given priority.For adult patients with influenza,Shufeng Jiedu Capsule or Lianhua Qingwen Capsule/Granule can be considered.关键词
