泛素-蛋白酶体系统在溃疡性结肠炎中的研究进展OA北大核心CSTPCD
Progress of ubiquitin-proteasome system in ulcerative colitis
溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种发生在肠黏膜的慢性复发性非特异性的炎症性肠病,目前认为其发病机制可能与肠上皮屏障、肠道微生态及免疫等因素相关,且临床上治疗效果欠佳.泛素-蛋白酶体系统(ubiquitin proteasome system,UPS)是细胞内蛋白质降解的主要途径,主要通过降解错误折叠的蛋白质来维持细胞稳态.其功能异常会导致细胞稳态失调,对UC的发生发展具有重要影响作用.本文对UPS中泛素化、去泛素化、泛素连接酶以及泛素相关制剂治疗与UC发病机制之间的关系进行了概述,旨在为UC的诊疗研究提供新的思路.
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic recurrent non-specific inflammatory bowel disease occurring in the intestinal mucosa.Currently,it is believed that its pathogenesis may be related to the intestinal epithelial barrier,intestinal microecology,and immune factors,and the effect of the clinical treatment is not ideal.The ubiquitin proteasome system(UPS)is the main path-way of protein degradation in the cell,which mainly degrades misfolded proteins to maintain cell homeostasis.Its abnormal func-tion can lead to dyshomeostasis of cells,which has an important effect on the occurrence and development of UC.This article re-views the relationship between ubiquitin,deubiquitin,ubiquitin ligase,and ubiquitin related to the preparations in UPS and the pathogenesis of UC,aiming to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of UC.
