帕金森病神经炎症的发生与免疫调节疗法OA北大核心CSTPCD
Occurrence of neuroinflammation in Parkinson's disease and immunoregulatory therapy
帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)的病理本质是黑质多巴胺能神经元选择性、进行性死亡,但具体发病机制不明.持续性神经炎症在PD发病过程中发挥重要作用,主要病理表现为大量免疫细胞激活以及炎症因子的释放,其神经毒性作用会加剧神经元损伤.免疫治疗干预在中枢神经系统内诱导神经保护性环境,减弱神经炎症,防治PD进一步的神经变性而减缓疾病进展以改善临床症状.本文综述神经炎症在PD中的表现及发生机制,并从神经免疫调节的角度为PD防治的研究提供可能的思路.
The pathological nature of Parkinson's disease is selective and progressive death of substantia nigra dopaminergic neurons,but the specific pathogenesis is unknown.Persistent neuroinflammation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PD.The main pathological manifestations are activation of a large number of immune cells and release of inflammatory factors,and its neurotoxic effect will aggravate neuronal injury.Immunotherapy intervention can induce neuroprotective environment in the central nervous system,attenuate neuroinflammation,prevent further neurodegeneration of PD and slow down the disease progres-sion to improve clinical symptoms.This article reviews the manifestations and pathogenesis of neuroinflammation in PD,and pro-vides possible ideas for the prevention and treatment of PD from the perspective of neuroimmune regulation.
