Abstract
The ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin is a major strategic decision of China,which is related to the revitalization and development of the Chinese nation."dredging and obstacle clearing in river channel,and dike protection"is an important measure for Luoyang City to implement ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.It provides a good top-level design for the comprehensive management of small watersheds in Luoyang City and is a key link in effectively implementing central government decisions.This article provides an interpretation of the top-level design for implementing the"dredging and obstacle clearing in river channel,and dike protection"plan in Luoyang City,and objectively analyzes the implementation of the"dredging and obstacle clearing,and dike protection"plan.关键词
