Abstract
In the context of intelligent water conservancy construction,based on the achievements of digital water conservancy reform and construction in Henan,Baisha Reservoir has built a matrix management platform for flood-control regulation,water resource management and allocation,dam safety monitoring,and reservoir area management,that is a full element data base,supported by model library and knowledge base,and empowered by multiple intelligent applications.The matrix construction is aimed to improve the management efficiency and comprehensive benefits of the reservoir,and provide powerful support and driving force for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Huaihe River Basin.关键词
