Abstract
In the paper,the implication and characteristics of whole process engineering consultation,and the content of consulting service are discussed.The application practice of whole process engineering consultation in large irrigation district construction and modernization project is summarized,including bidding consultation,quality control consultation,progress control consultation,and cost control consultation,etc.,and the practical implementation and experiences of whole process engineering consultation in the irrigation district construction and modernization project are introduced.Specific ideas and proposals for practical application are provided,that could be used for reference to implementation of whole process engineering consultation in similar engineering construction.关键词
