Abstract
Megalobrama amblycephala Pujiang No.1 is a new breed of megalobrama selected by Shanghai Ocean U-niversity.In order to make full use of lake and reservoir water resources and improve the comprehensive benefit of lake and reservoir fishery,the experiment of fence culture was carried out in Yanpu Fishing Farm of Baicheng City.Domestication of seedlings(400 tail/kg)was carried out in 20 acres of enclosure,and adult fish breeding was car-ried out in 100 acres of enclosure in the second spring after overwinter.The yield per unit area was 155.5 kg/acre,the profit per unit area was 2943.6 yuan/acre,and the adult fish size was 750 g/tail,with a survival rate of 96.8%.关键词
