宁德市大黄鱼收购前质量安全预检制度运行情况与成效分析
Operation and effect application effectiveness analysis of the quality and safety pre-inspection system before Larimichthys crocea acquisition in Ningde City,Fujian Province

Abstract
In order to further ensure the quality and safety of Larimichthys crocea,Ningde Marine and Fisheries Bu-reau,together with Ningde Fishery Association,conducted quality and safety pre-inspection of the L.crocea pre-pared by the L.crocea purchasing enterprises according to the actual situation of the L.crocea farming production in the city,and urged and guided the L.crocea purchasing enterprises to purchase pre-inspected qualified products.Establish a quality and safety pre-inspection system for L.crocea before purchase.The pre-detection method is mainly based on the colloid gold immunochromatography rapid detection technology.A total of 17,761 samples were detected from 2020 to 2022,including 2 unqualified samples of furazolidone metabolites(AOZ),40 unquali-fied samples of ofloxacin,882 unqualified samples of quinolones(enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin),and 27 unquali-fied samples of tetracycline.There were 17 unqualified samples of sulfonamides,but the proportion of unqualified samples decreased year by year.The pre-inspection system directly ensures the quality and safety of listed large yellow croaker,and follows up the disposal of unqualified samples,and also improves the awareness of local farmers to standardize drug use and comply with the drug break period through market behavior,and effectively improves the overall level of quality and safety of large yellow croaker in Ningde City.关键词
