Governance of Digital Intelligence Trust to Military Intellectualization
摘要
Abstract
At present,military intellectualization has led to a series of digital intelligence trust crises,which bring challenges to the wide application of intelligent weapon systems.This phenomenon may restrict its role in preparation for military operations.Qian Xuesen's scientific thought is inherited,and a large system view is proposed on the human-machine-environment.the digital technology,laws and regu-lations,ethics and other means are integrated.The dual subject relation is established on the human-machine combination with human-centered.The governance measures of military big data is enabled with the digital technology.The governance of military intelligent algorithm is boosted by innovation mecha-nism.The trust to military digital intelligence is comprehensively shaped,and the reliability and availabil-ity of intelligent command and control systems and weapon systems are improved.It is beneficial to seize the advantage on the military application of artificial intelligence.关键词
