针刺肾关、足三里合灸关元治疗中风后小便频数的临床疗效
CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF ACUPUNCTURE ON SHENGUAN AND ZUSANLI COMBINED WITH MOXIBUSTION ON GUANYUAN IN THE TREATMENT OF URINARY FREQUENCY AFTER APOPLEXY

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture of kidney guan and Zusanli moxibustion Guan Yuan in the treatment of urination frequency after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke urination frequency who vis-ited the Department of Encephalopathy of Chifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Mongolian Medicine from Janu-ary 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group,and the changes of TCM clinical syndrome score and overactive bladder score(OABSS)before and after treatment(5±1)day,(10±1)day and(15±1)days were observed.Results After treatment,the clinical syndrome score and overactive bladder score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group decreased more sig-nificantly than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effec-tive rate of the control group was 80.00%after treatment,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.33%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture of Kidney Guan and Zusanli Moxibustion Guan Yuan in the treatment of urination frequency after stroke can significantly reduce the symptoms of urine frequency in patients,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.关键词
