摘要
Abstract
SIRT1(Sirtuin type 1),as one of the most important members of the Sirtuins family with deacetylase activity,is not only involved in metabolism,energy-sensing pathways,circadian mechanisms and inflammatory processes,but also acts as an epigenetic modifier that affects DNA damage repair and chromosome stabilization,in addition to being involved in numerous gene transcription and energy metabolism,SIRT1 can also regulate the cellular senescence process and ameliorate or delay age-related disease processes.It has been found that SIRT1 gene polymorphisms can be used as targets for the treatment of different diseases,and are related to the pathogenesis of many human-related diseases,and in this paper,we will review the relationship between SIRT1 gene polymorphisms and related diseases.关键词
